The T-EB-701 perfectly performs pre-milling, gluing, end cutting, top and bottom trimming, top and bottom corner rounding, grooving, radius scraping and buffing processes. Its milling and trimming cutters are diamond tipped for extra-long life and comes with automated glue feed system. Another key feature on this top end edgebander is it can store up to 40 different programs in its PLC and these can then be automatically adjusted on the machine with the simple press of a button. Also due to the fully automatic top pressure system belt the size of the pieces going through the machine can be reduced to a minimum width of 70mm and minimum length of 100mm. It comes with high frequency motors, electrical components and pneumatic systems all supplied by the most reputable European manufacturers this ensures in guaranteeing quality production standards and a long service life. The T-EB-701 operates at optional speeds between 15-20-25m/min.
